Preserve The Local Languages

Indonesia consists of many tribes, which has its own language. One way to preserve local languages is embosses its languages in public places. One is the signpost of street name. They wrote the local letters under the Latin. Some cities that have implemented this method are Yogyakarta, Solo, Cirebon and Bandar Lampung.

  1. Kira2 masih ada yg bisa ndak ya menulis dan membaca huruf Hanacaraka begini? Pengen juga belajar.
    Kalau Cirebon itu lebih kuat ke jawa tengah ya, ini tulisan jawa apa Sunda yah?

      1. haha jahat tenan kie si om, mesakne loh teteh dewi dedi roaming haha….ini bahasa jawa teh…dulu suka banget neh sama nulsi hanacaraka ini kalau sekarang udah lupa soalnya kan di bekasi bahasanya udah sunda tapi tetp gak bisa bahasa sunda haha

  2. I hope the people are working hard to teaching the value of this language. Sometimes communities struggle to teach to their children about the importance of their grandparents’ language. But we all have a responsibility to continue our grandparents’ legacies.
