Boiled Cassava

Boiled peeled cassava with sugar. Do not forget to give a little salt.
After being cooked, sprinkle with grated cheese. So yummy… πŸ˜€

    1. I’m sorry for my stupidity, but I really do not know the differences between cassava or tapioca. English is not my mother language and honestly, my Javanese mouth is easier to say “telo”

      1. Don’t say that…I thought maybe there’s another name for it and waiting for you to explain.. πŸ™‚

*where did you get the name Cassava from?

  1. My mother always buys cassava at the Asian store. Two kinds….. ungrated and grated. The grated, we make cassava cake…. the ungrated, Mom boils it, then sprinkles sugar on it…. The family loves it as snack. But we’;ve never tried it with cheese. I’ll do that next time.

      1. Never think of adding soy sauce before (until this “suggestion” πŸ˜› ) if I find it tasty , what will you pay for your swear πŸ™‚ ? (kidding)
