Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park is located in the Bukit Barisan mountain range consisting of vegetation type mangrove forest, beach forest and tropical forest. Plant species in the park include Pidada, palm, sea pine, pandanus, chrysolite, meranti, mersawa, ramin, keruing, resin, rattan, and flowers raflesia.
This national park is the habitat of bears, Sumatran rhinoceros, Sumatran tiger, Sumatran elephant, tapir, agile gibbon, gibbons, hoop, deer, and the hawksbill. There are some places where we could see those animals. But I had no time to drop by. I only stopped for a moment, took a few pictures and immediately continued the trip to Bandar Lampung.
These images were taken using the EOS 550D. Not so interesting, then I tried to minimize the green color. Just for fun. 😀
